Brief introduction
WGSL-6 series Different Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester (Tan delta tester) is a high-precision testing instrument for measuring the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants, substations, and other fields or laboratories. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric loss testing bridge, variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The high voltage source for testing is generated by the inverter inside the instrument, which is boosted by a transformer and used for testing the tested object. The frequency can be changed to 50.0Hz, 47.5Hz 52.5Hz, 45.0Hz 55.0Hz, 60.0Hz, 57.5Hz 62.5Hz, 55.0Hz 65.0Hz, using digital notch technology to avoid interference from power frequency electric fields in testing, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for occasions where a generator is used for power supply detection after all power outages. This instrument is equipped with an insulating oil cup and a temperature control device to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
Functional characteristics
1.The instrument is equipped with a high-end full touch LCD display screen, which makes the process clear and easy to measure with just one click.
2.The instrument is equipped with a calendar chip and a large capacity memory internally, which can store 200 sets of data and save the test results in chronological order. Historical records can be viewed at any time and printed out.
3.The instrument usually has a USB interface, and data can be exported through a USB drive, which can be viewed and managed on any PC; RS232 interface can also be integrated into high-voltage testing vehicles to achieve computer management.
4.The instrument can be tested using various methods such as internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, direct connection method, reverse connection method, self excitation method, etc; Under the external standard high-voltage direct connection method, high voltage (greater than 10kV) dielectric loss can be achieved.
5.The instrument can correctly measure the dielectric loss value and capacitance value of CVT without removing the high-voltage lead of CVT.
6.The instrument can use the reverse shielding method to measure the dielectric loss value and capacitance value of C0 at the upper end of CVT.
7.The instrument has multiple protective measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power failure, overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature, etc., ensuring the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also has a grounding detection function to ensure that ungrounded devices are not allowed to operate and start testing. Misconnected 380V power supply on site, with alarm function to protect the instrument from damage.
8.The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (capacitive Voltage transformer) C1 and C2, realizing simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. This instrument can also test the CVT transformation ratio and voltage angle difference.
9.Fully automatic inductance, capacitance, and resistance measurement, angle display.
10.When using UST method to test the wiring, the total capacitance value of the four test samples should not exceed the maximum capacitance value that a single test sample can test, indicating that the dielectric loss value of the four test samples can be tested simultaneously.
11.The instrument integrates an insulation resistance testing module, which can be used for testing polarization index, absorption ratio, and insulation resistance.
