Insulation Oil Filtering/Purification Machine

1. Application

1) Insulating oil vacuum oil filter is mainly used to treat and purify unqualified Insulating oil

    such as transformer oil, transformer oil, switch oil. It can also be used for vacuum oil injection, vacuum

   drying  and hot oil circulation of transformer.

2) It is used to remove trace moisture, gas, mechanical impurities and harmful gases in

   insulating oil, improve flash point, reduce dielectric loss and acid value, and further improve insulation

   strength and withstand voltage index of oil.

3) It is used in power plant, power station, electric power company, substation industry,

metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries for

maintenance and safe use of power system and substation.

 

2. Advantage

4) Digital intelligent temperature control equipped, to overcome the defect of a heating

point of traditional pointer type, users can freely set temperature during 20℃ to 80 ℃,

the lower limit, and users can directly  see oil instant temperature.

5) Beside general functions of vacuum oil filter dehydration, degassing and Purification, it

also has poor oil regeneration function, it can effectively remove oil deep oxides, free

carbon limit material, it can recover inferior oil oxidation resistance, acid and alkaline

water solution of comprehensive index.

6) Only one machine but three functions: it not only can independently be used vacuum

   dewatering, degassing, Purification system, but also and independent regeneration system, and it can be

   used in same time.
