Product Overview
TRT-VII Special transformer turn ratio tester is used to measure the turn ratio or voltage ratio of power transformers and voltage transformers, and can meet the requirements of transformer production, installation, operation, and power preventive test procedures.
Functional characteristics
1.Suitable for a wide range of transformer types, including universal power transformers, Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, grounding transformers, furnace transformers, transfer transformers, balance transformers, as well as Scott transformers and inverse Scott transformers.
2.The instrument adopts a three-phase precision inverter power supply internally, which eliminates the harmonic impact of the mains voltage during measurement and makes the measurement more accurate. When the working power supply is the generator, there is no impact. Adopting three-phase output voltage to improve testing speed, it can measure the angle between phases and automatically identify wiring groups. For rectifier transformers with multiple windings for low voltage measurement, it is not necessary to disassemble the wires on the low voltage side to measure the transformation ratio and 7.5 ° angle deviation.
4.Equipped with high and low voltage reverse connection protection and transformer inter turn short circuit protection functions.
5.Tap changer capable of measuring up to 99 tapping points.
6.Equipped with 7”high-definition touch colour screen, it can freely switch between Chinese and English, and can be equipped with a lithium battery.
