Product Overview
TRT-VI transformer ratio tester is used to measure the turn ratio or voltage ratio of power transformers and voltage transformers, and can meet the requirements of transformer production, installation, operation, and power preventive test procedures.
Functional characteristics
◆ Suitable for a wide variety of transformers, including general-purpose power transformers, Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, grounding transformers, furnace transformers, shift transformers, and balance transformers. Model no.TRT-VII can measure Scott and inverse Scott transformers.
◆ The instrument uses a three-phase precision inverter power supply inside, eliminating the harmonic impact of mains voltage during measurement, making measurement more accurate. When the working power supply is a generator, there is no impact. Using three-phase output voltage to improve testing speed, it can measure the angle between phases and automatically identify the wiring group. For low voltage rectifier transformers with multiple windings, it is not necessary to disassemble the wires on the low voltage side to measure the transformation ratio and angular deviation of 7.5 °.
◆ It has high and low voltage reverse connection protection and transformer interturn short circuit protection functions.
◆ Tap switches that can measure up to 99 tap points.
◆ 7-inch high-definition touch screen, which can be freely switched between Chinese and English, and optionally equipped with a lithium battery.
◆ The instrument has both a printout and a USB flash disk interface, and is equipped with an RS232 interface for paperless office work.
◆ Adopt a multifunctional engineering plastic box that is cold and temperature resistant, sealed and waterproof, and resistant to falls and shocks, facilitating field testing.
◆ Download a dedicated app from your mobile phone, manipulate the instrument through dedicated software, and upload test data for easy reference.
