 I. Product Overview
The device is mainly used for 110kV, 220kV cable and power system,power system 500kV circuit breakers, GIS, insulators, AC voltage busbar test design and manufacture. The reactor has many separate designs, which can meet the requirements of the test conditions of high voltage and small current. It is the ideal pressure equipment for the high pressure test department of the city, the city and the county, and the power installation and repair engineering units. The device consists of a variable frequency control power supply, an exciting transformer, a high voltage reactor and a capacitive voltage divider.
 
This device is fourth generation AC voltage withstand resonance test device upgraded by our company's experience and market feedback. It is different from the previous equipment. It has low sensitivity and low input power, and the input power can only be selected individually. The fourth generation of resonance AC voltage withstand test device interface with a 32 bit RISC CPU and simplified LINX kernel, 7 Inch Touch screen color graphics format, test the resonant frequency curve, boost curve, curve display timing, high voltage, low voltage, high current current RMS digital feedback to the interface, the calculation of the resonant frequency, sample the calculation results, the resonant capacitor has the function of protection, low voltage current, high voltage, flashover voltage protection function is more sensitive, the biggest advantage is not affected by the input power limits of 220V and 380V are used as the working power supply equipment. At present, the only use of mobile terminal LAN control platform in China can be connected with the mainstream intelligent mobile devices of Android, IOS and windows systems. It can realize remote control and remote control of the equipment, and can realize the monitoring and inquiry of the result of the test process on the mobile device, and reduce the labor intensity of the field test personnel.

3. Meet 500kV power system, power transformer, transformer, insulator, wall busbar, GIS, circuit breaker, AC withstand voltage test frequency:45-65Hz, suitable for the sample capacitance ≤0.0215uF, the maximum test voltage:740kV, test time 60min.
 
4. Meet 110kV power system, power transformer, transformer, insulator, wall busbar, GIS AC voltage withstand test frequency 45-65Hz, the maximum test voltage 265kV.
 
5. Meet 220kV power system, power transformer, transformer, insulator, wall busbar, GIS AC voltage withstand test frequency:45-65Hz, the maximum test voltage 495kV.

The frequency. Selecting 50Hz

According to the items mentioned above, the inductance can be designed as 4 pieces of Reactor, which can be combined in series or in parallel to complete the test requirements, then single reactor should be 1000kVA/200kV/5A/120H

3. HV Reactor
The iron core is enclosed in the design of cold rolled silicon steel plate, with a heat conduction air gap and a copper wire in the winding. It is oil saturated self cooling. The outer cover uses an insulated epoxy resin barrel; the power and mechanical strength are solid. Heat dissipation is good; sufficient oil expansion and lower cover and flange are non magnetic.
